A.R.C Wines

Former hospitality power couple James & Jess Audas moved to West Gippsland in 2017 after careers working in some of the world's finest restaurants. Searching for a greater connection to the land they bought an off-grid permaculture farm in Ferndale and have planted a small vineyard to Aligote and Gamay on this site. In 2020 Jess and James took over farming 3ha of vines at Wild Dog Vineyard under the tutelage of Patrick Sullivan & William Downie. Guided by the wines they tasted on their journeys they make minimal intervention styles from a collection of Gippsland vineyards that they farm to organic practices.
